Matapos marelease ang album ni Christian Bautista na revival of Jose Marie Chan hits his Indonesian fans Requested for it to be released in bahasa and infact Christian Bautisa Has just recently Recorded the Bahasa Version of "please be careful with my heart".

with Indonesian soap singer-superstar Bunga Citra he and Citra also made an English Duet Version for the song.The recording company also spent over $15,000 or P750,000 for a sleek music video using 15 rolls of 35 millimeter film.
